Shipping & Refunds
- Shipping generally takes 3-5 days after payment with domestic shipping
- 2 day priority is 2 days after payment is processed
- 1 Day express is 1 business day after your payment is processed (please don’t order at 11pm Thursday night and expect for your package to be waiting at your doorstep on Friday, we are not at the North Pole.)
- If you’re local in the Cleveland area and order online, you CANNOT receive your package the same day. We generally ship after payments are processed which can take up to 2-4 business days. We strongly recommend you giving us a call for same day drop off or pickup.
- During income tax season, orders are sometimes backed up. Please allow up to 10 days for tracking numbers.
Due to health reasons, we do NOT offer any refunds. If by any chance you order, and cancel before your items ships, their is a 20% restocking fee. Hair extensions can be altered, changed, etc. If you have any problems, we’re here to help.
