We know how eager you are to receive your Glambella package!
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
After any order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days to process and verify authorization before we ship out your order. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Generally, shipping usually takes about two-four business days, and we will only ship to the address provided via payment. After order is placed, we are unable to change shipping addresses. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at your local post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify via email.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received you order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Customization takes time, we want your frontals, wigs, and lace wigs to be PERFECT for you! You will receive an email stating we started on the customization. Please do not expect your package in 2-4 days with customization. This takes time, and we go in order.
We do not offer refund on any hair products. We will exchange in the event of the wrong extensions ordered. The customer will pay for any shipping charges. Due to the high number of customers switching hair, we would have to verify it is OUR hair before the exchange process continues. If it is not our hair, we WILL NOT exchange.
